
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are much more than just a simple buzzword. DEI includes everyone and fully encompasses important traits such as gender, background, disability, and any other characteristic that may help uniquely represent an individual’s identity. This means that DEI create an optimal environment for relationships to flourish and productive work to be done. The benefits of promoting diversity and inclusion (DEI) within a company are many.
